Macfarlane Biggs Lecturers

The MacFarlane Biggs Lecture is one of the keynote lectures at the British Society of Haematology (BSH) meeting, and is sponsored by the British Society for Haemostasis and Thrombosis.

Each year the BSHT invites a distinguished non-UK expert to deliver a state-of-the-art lecture in his/her area of expertise in haemostasis and thrombosis.

The lecture is named after Rosemary Biggs and Gwyn MacFarlane, who were well renowned haemostasis/haemophilia researchers in Oxford.
